wall" loose paper towel dispenser. The design the efficiently drops 50-75%
of the napkin-sized white paper towels to the floor.
We still have some of the old-fashioned re-washable towel-on-a-roll
machines in some of the toilets at the university. They're good, quick,
clean and require some washerwoman somewhere to maintain. I can't see
the problem with them. They keep my hands dry and keep people in
employement.
I like those too, providing the towels aren't run through the dispensers
more than one time between washing.
