Grrrr. Damn thing was expecting A4 paper and getting fed A3. i did try
and explain to the luser why this was causing the printer to choke on
paper it wasn't expecting to exist. Fruitless. That was five minutes of
my life I'm not going to see again.
Any printer that dies simply because the paper's slightly longer than
expected has a major error-handling flaw, though.
