I'm imagining something like the Klingon equivalent to the IETF.
Although apart from having more blood on the floor at meetings I suppose
it really wouldn't be all that much different than ours.
The meetings would be shorter and no doughnuts.
Almost everything can be improved by dipping it in chocolate.[1]
