I must admit, Domino's is about the best of the bunch as far as chain pizza
goes.
Some of the sit-down places can be pretty awful. You know, the ones that add
12.5% "service charge" on the bill because they know full well that the
service is so bad that nobody in their right mind would leave a tip unless
forced.
I've found that "service not included" is usually a statement of fact about
the quality of the (non-)service in said eatery.
