The strangest thing here, and I'll cheerfully admit it's because I'm a
young 'un and have only started listening to some of these classic
comedy shows in the last few years, was hearing Bill Oddie; he was
always just a wildlife presenter when I was growing up, just like
Michael Palin was always a guy who does travel documentaries!
Arghh, stoppit. It reminds me of when I heard an interview with some
bimbette singer from a band which had a single which included samples
of "Are Friends Electric". The interviewer asked her if she liked the
original. She replied that she didn't know, because it had been out
before she was born.

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Twocked cars on fire
outside the Shoulder of Mutton. I've watched chavs littering the
carpark near Cardiff Gate. All these moments will be lost in time,
like tears in rain. Fortunately.
