Ice Age Begins at Midnight" where there are some fairly choice bits of
dialogue:

Greenback "At the press of a button, I con smother the earth in snow, drown
it in rain, wreck it with gales, and cloak it in fog."
Stiletto: "Why not just wait for summer?"

Colonel K: "London's been covered in snow overnight."
DM: "Well, it is August, Sir."

(Ah, all eighty-odd episodes of 1980s recovery for 35 quid. Wonderful.)
