Not necessarily. The advantage of LP Sodium is that it's _virtually_
monochromatic (there are very slight red and green components to the
output spectrum), and can readily be filtered out by astronomers. No
lighting at all would be better, of course, but you may not be able
to have everything you want.

Hmmm... add "using approved (no upward emission) luminaires only"
to the covenant.
