Well, that's pretty much what the BOFH stories boil down to, when it's not
blackmail, extortion, etc. Except he does it with style.

More scale than style, I'd say. I've always regarded that to do anything
with style would take measure of personal service with inherent pride in
one's efforts - rather than a thoughtless blanket application of power.
