My experience of pubs that decide to chase the gay community is that they
abandon anything drinkable and go for nasty lager and floofy cocktail
drinks (Zbyyl Zbtt'f on Punevat Pebff Ebnq, I'm looking at you). This does
not match the drinking profile of any of the homosexuals (of any sex) that
I know - or, to be fair, of anyone else I know.
This is because you have good taste in friends and so don't socialise with
the vapid twinks that strut around such places, and your professional
involvement with them is limited to confirming whether or not you want fries
with that.
