The little spot on the tip of the finger drives me nuts typing,
though. I'm not diabetic, but I give blood every 8 weeks or so, and
always insist they stick my left thumb. (They're doing an iron test.)
It's the one finger I don't pound on a keyboard. This causes me much
amusement, because the finger pricker always has to check whether she
can in fact prick my thumb. The current blood bank has finally clued
in that I always insist of using my thumb, and keep coming back, so
didn't ask me the last couple times. I guess it's time to move.
