Don't the quarks wiggle around inside the proton? And you can't get
them out, either.

If the observational evidence for the accelerating expansion of the
universe is true, and due to so-called "dark energy", that actually
suggests that on a large scale vacuum blows.

It is, however, consistent with previous observation that things with
moving parts suck, and the quantum vacuum is chock full of virtual
moving part(icle)s.
