I chased pointers through <UI> and retrieved most of Andreas Skau's
work. The main images on Timothy Miller's page were gone, but he had
come up with some charges (additional images) that have survived. Use
the same UI or ask here and I will put them someplace accessible.

Has there been any discussion of updating the other end from a BNC tee?
On the other hand, it might be better to stay with the "classic" look
than to have to change it every several years.
