You have your choice on service. Bestbuy can handle it (if you are slightly crazy) or you can register on Dells website and Dell will warrant it as if you purchased it from Dell. Bestbuy has had some pretty nice Dell bundles lately!

I've been told by Dell that systems bought at BestBuy are also warranty serviced there.
There are 15% off coupons floating around right now for Outlet Studio models that expire on 7/29.
