Great, got it - I had the proper cable, connected it and the USB Ports
on the monitor works great!

Thanks so much for the tip. PS: I printed the documentation for
future reference :)

In order to use the "downstream" USB ports, you must first connect the
"upstream" USB port on the the monitor to a USB port on your computer.
