I'm running a newly purchased Dell machine with Win Xp Pro and
was trying to get CTRL+ALT+DEL enabled for logins.. and Xp Help
said to press the Advanced tab on User Accounts in Control Panel.
There was no `Advanced´ button.. only those childish and simple
icons. Hey this is Pro edition.. not Home!! Please advise.

Is the machine part of a network domain? :
Give this a shot from a thread on the subject:
Start | Run | Type: control userpasswords2 | Click OK |
Now click on the Advanced tab | Select: Require users to press
Ctrl+Alt+Delete | Click Apply | Click OK
