Has any one had any luck cloning the recovery partition to a new drive

Go here and learn all about the recovery partition.
Should be perfectly doable.

Been there done that. Have had quite a few email contacts with Dan Goodell
and still have not got a good clone of one disk to another of the same size.
Am using True Image 2009, followed all instructions from Acronas, even
contacted them with chat help. The new disk will boot and run as it should,
but the ctrl F11 function will not work. I have tried ctrl F11 on the
original disk and it will work there, before and after the clone operation,
just not on the cloned new disk. Have used the DSRFIX to repair the boot
record with no success. I was just trying to find some one who had done it
successful.
