Outlet rising prices continues

The 2GHz (but 1GB) Vostro 1500's, of which there
was such a large batch at $549, has been rising in
price in $10 jumps slowly and steadily, now at
$589.

Maybe it's some misunderstanding of how a Dutch
auction works?

Most places would keep lowering them until they're
gone.

Or maybe it's an increasing premium for XP Home.
