Update, the system came back very fast, MB and keyboard (?)
replaced, which a physical address change of the network
card verifies.

System works fine but has same problem, no power on RHS
USB ports.

I guess they figured it must be the motherboard and didn't
check that it fixed the problem afterwards.

So a new box is coming to send it back again in (I have the
old box right here but there's no channel to send a label
without a box, so they're sending a new box).

Chat guy's guess is that it's the cable from the MB to the
USB ports.

Interesting discovery: every time the chat guy finishes a message,
Real Player comes up and says it can't find any update, and the
screen is locked up until I find the X to delete it.

My theory: they want to make a sound, and send some (unknown) .* file
which my (made universal) Real Player receives and complains about.

Anybody know what the file they send for whatever sound it is, is?
I could disable Real Player for it if I knew.
