Help me choose a new video card

Hi
I own an older Dell Dimension 8200 series, P4 at 1.8 Ghz. I have
upgraded the memory to 768 MB, it has a new HD as the original died
and a new flat-panel LCD monitor (Westinghouse 19 inch).
I want to upgrade the video card, it has the original "32MB NVIDIA
GeForce2 MX 4X AGP Graphics card with TV-Out" (Info taken from the
original bill of sale).
Additional info to help you help me:
Running belarc advisor it tells me my processor is:
1.80 gigahertz Intel Pentium 4
8 kilobyte primary memory cache
256 kilobyte secondary memory cache
Belarc also tells me my main circuit board is:
Board: Dell Computer Corp.
Bus Clock: 100 megahertz
BIOS: Dell Computer Corporation A09 09/13/2002
Why do I want to upgrade the video card for?
-Generally try to get a smoother look to whatever I do on the PC.
-I want to be able to watch DVD's or movies with a little better
image, I can watch them already but would like to take more advantage
of my new LCD monitor capabilities.
-Well I certainly know I can't to play the latest games with my old
CPU but games that came like 3 years ago (Painkiller is one example).
One final note I don't want to change the CPU/motherboard just the
graphics card. I want something older that won't break the bank ($50
up to $100 tops) as I am getting a new PC next year but this one will
be still in use by my daughter.
I appreciate you taking the time to help me.
Best regards
Patrick
