Just right click on the new drive and select initalize.

I added a new HD, it's recognized in setup no problem, I went to "Computer Management" in Vista and followed the "New Simple Volume Wizzard" and tried to format the drive, at that point I get an error message saying "Drive is Not Initialized", what should I do to initialize the drive?
