IIRC you'll have no option - it'll forcibly download and install itself sometime around mid-June (I saw a timescale for it somewhere)

You ALWAYS have the option to not install updates.
You just turn off the nannyware that MS installs.
I only install updates that actually are needed. Being on dial-up also limits my exposure to problems.
