The final release was available from M$ yesterday 4/29/08 as mentioned. It
is a 316 MByte downlad. Installation went just fine.
I then promptly uninstalled it. It "broke" something in Diskeeper V9. I got
a warning/error message each time I tried to run Diskeeper.

Word now is that XP sp3 is delayed due to a glitch. The exact date
is not known yet.
