I have installed SP1 on all of my desktops and I have noticed major
increases in speed for bandwidth. Other than that I cant really tell
a difference between them. They both work. And I am still going to
continue to use Vista. Use the SysInternals tools located on the
technet website, they are free. You can see what is causing your
problems and sluggishness.
