Apparently Dell's overseas is fairly adept. They've obviously correctly
diagnosed a jackass from 8000 miles away.
For my money, if the way you've spoken to the good people in this thread is
your usual way of conducting yourself, you've gotten exactly what you
deserve. In my belief system we call it karma.
To head off the inevitable "who asked you?" You did. You invite abuse it
would be impolite not to accept.
