I doubt that was his real name. He is even supposed to be a
supervisior.
I returned a Dell Laptop and Dell has me in collections. It takes Dell
14 days to ship the news to India that a product has been returned,
The government should force Dell to buy some HP computers and put in a
computer network.
I talked to them this morning and asked ot speak to a supervisior.
When I got to him he repeated again and again that I should provide
them with a return number. I kept saying I was at work and didn't have
it. Eventually he said well go home and get it now. These arrogant
bastards make a mistake and they order me to get them the number.
I tell him I can't just go home but he can't understand that because
he probably lives in a gress hut in a little village and hasn't even
seen a car.
There is really an anti trust issue with Dell. Since they domonate
over half the computer market they order people around and treat them
like serfs.
