MyDVD LE software not shutting down

I have a Dell E510 running XP Home SP2. For burning videos to DVD-R
discs, I use a program that came preinstalled with my computer: MyDVD LE by
Sonic. The program generally works fine, but I have noticed that after
burning to a DVD-R disc or two, the program will still be listed in Task
Manager even after it has been closed down. The process is called
mediahub.exe. And when I try to restart or turn off my computer, this
process refuses to shut down, and I have to close it manually.
I checked for updates yesterday for MyDVD LE, but none were listed.
Any ideas about this?
