Dell monitor stands....switching?

I have two Dell monitors, the 1907FP and the E207WFP. The 1907FP has a
height-adjustable stand that can pivot and tilt back and forth. The stand
that ships with the E207WFP can only tilt back and forward a little bit.

Is it possible to use the E207WFP monitor with the stand from the
1907FP, and vice versa?
