Yes, I just tried it, and it does burn CDA tracks from multiple cds,
converting to .wav first.
I placed a .wav and an mp3 in the burn list, and then I navigated to an
audio cd and placed the first .cda there. CDBurnerXP first ripped it to
a .wav before placing it in the burn list. I clicked burn, and all files
were converted to .cda and burned to the blank cd-r.
I wish this program did cd-text. I've only been able to get Nero to
successfully do cd-text.
CDBurnerXP v 4.0.022 indeed does burn CDA tracks from your library. I
just made a favorites of 1968 CD for our wedding anniversary... Dean

Not sure. Haven't tried it yet. It's probably worth risking a
coaster to try, though. Nicely functional software. Makes some of
the commercial stuff look a little shabby... Ben Myers

Can CD Burner XP 4.0 create custom audio (cda) CDs? That is, a few
songs each from multiple audio CDs. The FAQ's aren't clear about
this.
Both CD Burner XP 4.0 and ImgBurn support just about any DVD
burner. Unlike the commercial products which clog the registry with
inscrutable tables of supported devices, both freeware products
simply have at it, and work very nicely. CD Burner XP 4.0 can burn
CDs or DVDs from ISO images. ImgBurn cannot. Or, I've not found
a way to do so yet... Ben Myers

Good day,
Just bought an Inspiron 1520 and it came with mc Affee, Roxio 9,
Works 8 installed.
I formated the drive to get rid of all these programs I absolutely
do not want.
I re-installed XP, the mobo drivers, everything went just fine.
Now I do not want to re-install Roxio and want to install Nero
instead but do not know which version of Nero to install.
I do not want the 8 version as, from what I read, it's quite
heavy.
My DVD burner is a PBDS DVD+ -RW DS-8W1P.
Does anybody have the same material with Nero or another burning
application running with it ?
I read that CD Burner XP4 supports this DVD burner. Is anyone
using it or nero 6 or Nero 7 or Imgburn ?
Thanks
.
