The XPS 410 that I bought "scratch and dent" didn't have any scratches
or dents that I could find. It was as good as new.



Do the "scratch and dents" include scratches on the screens of laptops?
Who cares if there is a scratch on the outside if the screen is scratch
free.



That would be a functional issue, so I'm guessing that's a big "no".
