Hitachi are quite correct - you don't need drivers to use their hard
drive, but XP does need drivers for your SATA controller.
Find the drivers, put them on a floppy disc and you're set to go. As Ben
says, if you don't have a floppy drive then you'll need to fit one, or
get a USB floppy drive.
