I didn't say the law agreed with me. I said that is how I feel. Also
seems like some want to say I'm implying or saying things I'm not
stating. The fact that some clauses agree with me shows that I'm not
unreasonable.

In regard to MS, the fact that MS doesn't, means they obviously want
more control. I don't recall agreeing before I bought their software
(since I couldn't read it until after I purchased and tried to install
it). And as a matter of fact for a different reason I once tried to
return MS software and neither the store (actually they were correct
in doing so) nor MS would allow me to get a refund even when I
followed MS's own agreement to the letter. So I should blindly agree
to their agreement when they use it only for their own benefit? Yeah
I can imagine you are saying two wrongs don't make a right but I don't
feel I'm wrong morally. As others pointed out, you may get into
problems just trying to dual boot with 2 OS's, etc... . Where do the
agreements end and common sense begins?

Sorry but I try to follow the law but if my judgement conflicts I will
assess the situation and do what I think is best even if it breaks the
law. Actually I had to go to court over this principal once (I won't
go into detail but will say it had nothing to do with software) and
basically won because of my reason even tho I technically broke the
law. So what I learned was the law isn't meant to be followed blindly
or without thought. It is meant as guidance only which in most cases
is good advice but not absolute.
