I have to reinstall Windows Xp.

Looked on Dell site for drivers but couldnt find one for the Winmodem
that came with my 8200.

Any help would be appreciated.

Go here and enter your system service tag and then click on "original
configuration":

http://support.dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/support/my_systems_info/en/details?c=us&l=en&s=gen

Scroll the list and locate the modem. While the make/model will still be
somewhat cryptic for ID purposes, it should give you a good idea.

Then go here and download the driver:
http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/devices.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=gen&SystemID=DIM_PNT_P4_8200&os=WW1&osl=EN
