A big problem dealing with Dell is you never know who you will get for
service. I would like to recommend the following rep., available 9 to
6
Monday through Friday. Located in Texas. He will bend over backwards
to
help you.

Sales Point of Contact: > Email Address: > Phone: >
tell him Kevin from lar sent ya.......

If this were the Dell Customer Forums, the information you included in
your
post would, at the least, get you an email describing your violation of
the
Terms of Service (TOS) for the forums, and at worst, get you booted from
the
forums. I'm guessing you did not ask for permission to post not only the
name of the Dell tech, but his email and phone number with extension.
Not
good.

Yes, I know this is a Usenet group. In my post (which is shown above) I
started by saying "If this were the Dell Customer Forums . . ."

The point is that the technician who you worked with would probably not
think posting his name, email address and phone number with extension on a
publicly accessible newsgroup would be a good idea.
