Dual Monitos with Latitude d800 and Port Replicator

I have a D800 attached to a Dell D/port replicator. I have a LCD plugged
into the VGA Port. I keep the lid closed. It work fine.

Can I plug a 2nd LCD screen into the DVI port and have dual screens.

If so great but then where can a get a suitable DVI cable that plugs into
the DVI port on the d/port?

Why, because the DVI port on the D/port is NON-standard and I have yet to
find either a cable or an adapter that matches the pin set of the DVI port
