i'm not familiar with that product,
make sure you are booting off a cd when you re running it to make your image. and also when the hard drive is changed, make sure you boot from the cd to run the restore process,
and make sure that it can extract from that image on dvd to create a bootable windows disk!
many programs fall short of this!
also, it may be a good idea to have the dell service guy erase the disk before it leaves your house.
