Did you install the Chipset drivers as the FIRST thing you installed?

Hello have just purchased a Dell inspirion 6400 had a problem with
computer and wiped system. Reinstalled windows and all other drivers
then installed aduio driver and wireless driver but neither will work.
Have downloaded drivers provied on dell website but still no result.
Can anyone help Richard
