that pestpatrol is pretty amazing.

I`ve seen it clean quite a lot of "remnants" of spyware, which may not
have been active by itself, but impressive nontheless.

One really annoying "feature" of most spyware apps is the lack of a
simple "ignore VNC files" :-/
