YOu still wont get it to install by using a usb cd drive or floppy as the
bios does not support it who ever sold it you should have supplied an
external cd rom drive with a special 10NRN cable plus not sure on this BUT
i dont think the LS supports a hard drive that big i might be wrong on this
bit though

Ok, Ive a problem.
The laptop did not have an internal CD Rom or Floppy, but i got them
with USB only.
The original HD was only 6GB which is pants.
I bought a 40 Gb HD and then had trouble formatting it.
My partner then got a Tosbiba Satellite 310 CDT and it formatted no
problem. The problem now is my Sh*tty dell laptop wont take the new
HD
Any ideas on how i can get the laptop to accept it?
