There may still be stuff launching at boot that msconfig doesn't list in
the startup tab. In particular Services may be used to boot programs,
and there are a couple registry hives that can contain calls to launch
at boot that msconfig fails to list. I suggest searching google for a
free startup manager as there are number of good ones floating around.
With that said, you are probably only going to shave 5% max off your
boot time at this point. However from a security standpoint it's better
to disable services that you don't need (assuming you know what you're
doing).
