Re: dell laptop does not turn off

First i closed all running programs and then i choose from menu start
Turn Off Computer and clicked the red button and nothing happend. The
blue screen did not come up. It stays turned on and i am able to open
and use programs. I have been clicking the red button many times, but
its hopless. My computer just keep being switch on and ready to work on
it. No blue screen showed up..nothing...like i wrote..ready to start
working on it.....no black or blue screen..just my desktop.
