I have a Dell Dimension 8100 that suddenly wont boot.

I get the Dell Logo screen with the 'press f2 to enter setup' and
'press f12 for boot options'.

The little white bar below the Dell Logo loads all the way up, and then
the PC just sits there.

If I click F2, it changes to 'Entering Setup" but just sits there.

If I hit F12, it beeps at me.

The Little light on the motherboard is orange in color.

I've swapped out memory, video cards, hard drives.

The hard drive spins up in the time it is on.

Anyone ever see anything like this before?

On the back are 4 diagnostic lights. What do they say.
The codes are in the manual or here;
