Re: Sending Video from PC to TV

If you mean at the same time, that's hardware dependent. I've had Radeons
that will hook up to and run four different devices but only two at any
given time. Only way to know for sure is to try it.

For the OP, see Tom's post first, but if it turns out you only have VGA out,
then you can still get an adapter to turn that into S-Video or Composite. In
fact you can get a USB to video out box, but they tend to run over $100.00.
If you only need to convert S-Video to Composite to accomodate your TV, then
that's less than $10.00, also if it's a really old TV with only coaxial (TV
cable) in, you can pick up an RF converter for around $20.00 to overcome
that too (you'll still need the stuff to get a signal out of the laptop
though).

If so, just plug them in and reboot with the TV already on. You'll be
able
to setup the TV as a second monitor and use Windows Media Player to play
videos on the TV.

Can a TV be a 3rd monitor on a system that already uses a digital and
vga monitors?

Sure. I believe the limit is 9. Not sure, but I've gotten to four.
