I am not entirely sure which one you are referring to. Maybe it is this one relating to the last freeware version of RegCleaner. Just scroll down the page until you find RegCleaner. This is not the same as the other registry cleaner I listed, which was CCleaner. So, I thought perhaps you meant this website.
