yeah, I've had pretty much the same experience with all the systems
I've ordered or specified. It's _much_ better for them to have
customers pleasantly surprised than to field (tens of) thousands of
"where is it?" phone calls.
I'm sure they have 'disappointed' customers who ordered something that
got delivered when they weren't home (not yet back from vacation or
something), but that sure beats the alternative.
I tell all my clients to expect to be pleasantly surprised. 8*)
