No need. As long as it's a Dell branded CD, it will work just fine. Be sure
to boot from the CD. That way, the install will detect that it is a Dell and
install without a need for activation.
Also, if there is a legitimate key sticker on the machine, you could try
installing with any WinXP CD and activating when prompted. I've done that in
the past several times.... I can't guarantee it will work, though, There has
been talk over the past year or so that MS was going to stop activating OEM
XP licenses....
