did you try the ip address directly?
that will tell you where the problem is.
if that doesnt work,
you can do a tracert www.dell.com
and same to the ip address.
the last ip shown will show where it breaks down!

the only way the router could be doing it is if it has an internal dns
table that some how got corrupted.
or perhaps somehow the parental blocking got turned on for that site!

and you are able to get to other websites just fine?
