Your software has been pre-activated for you by Dell, so as long as you
install the same CDs to the same computer you won't be asked for your CD key
and you won't have to activate.
The FAT partition contains hardware diagnostics, which you access by
pressing F12 (I think) during boot. For as little space as they take up -
something like 30MB or so - you may as well leave them there.
