Seeing as how the CPU can range from somewhere between a PIII 667mhz to a
1.0GHz, and how the RAM can range from probably 128mb to 512mb, it's really
sort of hard to say.
But with the proper specs, yes, it can most certainly run Windows XP. It's
not worth upgrading if you have to spend more than $100 doing so, imo.
