Re: Want to add a CD-R to my Latitude, how much memory needed?...also some problems

Hi...thankx for the advice..I agree, not worth the upgrade.

What I falied to mention is that I bought this years ago from Dell's Auction
site & had a warranty...but, I never really used it, just sitting here
collecting dust. The only time I used it was when my old Dell Desktop was
having problems...they relpaved my desktop & have no trouble since.

Recently, I brought out that old laptop..I used it only for word processing
& maybe a dial up, once or twice a year. No dsl on laptop, not worth it.

I have 2 problems with it, they may be realted:
Screen saver will perioically freeze & at times the thing just shuts down &
reboots...weird...any ideas?

Thank you,
Louie
