Sorry, but no, that's not even close.
A is the rectangular connector that plugs into your computer.
B is the square connector that plugs into the device, such as a printer.
So, a normal cable is an A-B cable.

Mini-B is the smaller connector used primarily by digital cameras and
portable hard drives and mp3 players. My Motorola Razr uses a mini-B too.

There is a mini-A defined too, but I haven't found anything that requires
it.
